The Brenda Photo Challenge

I signed up again to take part in this month's challenge at The Brenda Photo Challenge .
The theme this month is, Portraits.
Since nobody in the family wanted to sit and have his picture taken for the portrait then the only one left to pose for the picture was Toddy  our cat.
Animals have a beautiful quality ... they never complain!
Besides Toddy's portrait I  also tried to take another picture for this challenge using an old photograph of my husband's grandmother when she was still young, it is a photo taken of another picture so the quality is far from perfect.  I don't know if this is allowed in the challenge.
To give the picture a personal touch I used a champain coloured veil for the background.

Partecipo ancora una volta alla sfida del mese organizzata dal blog  The Brenda Photo Challenge.

Il tema di questo mese è, Ritratti. 

Dal momento che nessuno in famiglia ha voluto farsi ritrarre allora l'unico rimasto a posare per la foto è stato Toddy, il nostro gatto. 

Gli animali hanno una bellissima qualità ... non  contestano mai!

Oltre al ritratto di Toddy ho anche provato a scattare un'altra foto per questa sfida usando una vecchia foto della nonna di mio marito quando era ancora giovane, è uno scatto fatto sopra un'altra  foto così la qualità della foto purtroppo lascia desiderare. Non so se questo è permesso nella sfida . Ho voluto dare un tocco personale usando un velo color champagne per lo sfondo.
