Potpourri Autumn Wreath - Ghirlanda Potpourri per Autunno

After games and photographs here I am again with a project I just finished.
I made this wreath using cardboard, twine and scented potpourri. Here are some pictures taken during the preparation and of the finished wreath. I am sorry you can't smell its pleasant scent. I assure you it's wonderful.

Dopo giochi e foto eccomi di nuovo con un progetto appena finito. 

Ho realizzato questa ghirlanda usando del cartone , corda e potpourri profumato. Qui ci sono alcune foto della lavorazione e della ghirlanda finita. Mi dispiace che non potete sentire il suo profumo gradevole. Vi garantisco che è ottimo.

 I used a cardboard cake base for the wreath support. I cut out the centre part  (I am not giving measures since it all depends on the size of the base) next I attached one end of the twine with some sticky tape on the back side of the support and started covering it with the twine as you can see in the pictures.

Ho usato una base di cartone per torte per il supporto. Ho tagliato la parte centrale ( non vi do le misure siccome dipende dalla misura della base) poi ho attaccato un'estremità della corda al cartone con del nastro adesivo sul rovescio e ho coperto il supporto con la corda come si vede nelle foto.

When the cardboard base was totally covered with the twine I secured the end with sticky tape and started placing and gluing the dried potpourri leaves and petals.

Quando ho terminato di coprire il supporto ho tagliato e fermato l'estremità della corda con altro nastro adesivo e ho incomminciato a posizionare ed incollare i petali e foglie secche del potpourri.

 

I used up a good quantity of potpourri to cover the wreath and finished it by adding some ribbon to which I attached a tiny bouquet that dangles from the wreath.

Ho usato un bel po' di potpourri per coprire il tutto e per ultimare la ghirlanda ho aggiunto un piccolo bouquet che ho appeso con un po' di nastro .
