Protective covers

Hello dear friends and followers!
I am really sorry for the long absence from my blog and from crafting. It seems like, what was my favorite hobby, crafting, has now become a secondary one and what was my second favorite hobby, photography,  has taken over and gives me more satisfaction lately.
It's strange how things change, isn't it? I never thought that I would have lost interest in crafting but lately I find myself taking more and more interest in the photography world. I have joined a creative photography community, ViewBug, where members share their pictures and participate in Photo Contests too. If you wish to see my photography gallery on ViewBug  click here. I have a Photography Blog too and if you're interested you can take a look " A picture is worth a thousand words "

Now to change the subject and get back to crafts and other interests, here I am sharing my latest idea. It's an easy and useful tip to help make a protective cover for the points, or tips of your embroidery scissors and for your tweezers.
To make these you will need a straw and a pair of scissors. Cut the straw in pieces, 2cms in lenght. Use these pieces to cover the tips, points, of your tweezers and of your tiny embroidery scissors.  Easy and useful! ( see pictures below )

Semplice e utile !
